Bold & Spicy Korean Bulgogi Chicken

Ingredients

500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp honey

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)

Directions

In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.

Slice chicken thighs into thin strips and marinate them in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving
