Ingredients

A light, garlicky spinach side dish.

Ingredients:

1 bunch spinach

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp sesame seeds

Salt (for blanching)

Instructions:

Blanch spinach in boiling salted water for

30 seconds.

Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess water.

Mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sesame seeds.
