Mi Goreng (Mince & Noodles)

Ingredients

3 pkts Mi Goreng noodles (original)

500g mince

½ onion

2 cloves garlic, chop finely

4 eggs

1 c frozen mixed veggies (carrots corn peas)

Directions

Set aside noodle spice and sauce packets.

Cook noodles in boiling water with frozen veg for 2 mins only.

Drain.

Heat a little oil in a large frypan.

Sauté onion for a few mins until translucent.

Add garlic and fry a little more.

Add mince and cook through.

Push to one side of frypan.

Add beaten egg and cook, scrambling them a little.

Mix with mince.

Scatter the drained noodles and veg over the surface of the mince.

Toss through gently.

Add all packets of seasoning and sauce and again toss through to incorporate.
