My Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce

BROWN
1 1/2 lb ground pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped fine
ADD:
2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes, with juice
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
5 garlic cloves, pressed
4 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
4 teaspoons dried basil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon beef better than bouillon
red wine ( optional)
Directions
1. Brown meats and onion in a skillet and drain well.
2. Transfer to my 3 quart crock pot.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Rinse cans out with warm water add bouillon .
Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.
