Whole boiled chicken
½ cup butter
½ cup flour
stir with fork
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions
Boil chicken with water enough to have 3 cups broth left. Tear chicken into bite size pieces.
Melt:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
Stir with fork
Add:
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Stir on medium heat
Needs to be thick enough to stick to fork tines.
Pour over Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Shells.
