1kg diced chicken

1/2 tablespoon mixed herbs

1/2 tablespoon paprika

400g orzo

Bag of baby spinach

16 sundried tomatoes

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 litre chicken broth

200ml cream

parmesan cheese to serve

Salt & pepper

Directions

Place diced chicken in a pan and cook for 3 minutes.

Season with paprika, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and garlic, and let it cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.

Add in orzo, chicken broth, and sundried tomatoes. Cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

For the finishing touch, turn off the heat and mix in cream and spinach. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving with a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
