Honey Sriracha Egg Fried Rice

Try this honey sriracha egg fried rice
I meal prepped this for this week and it has 49g of protein in π₯ππ
Ingredients for *one* portion
2 tbsp of light soy
1 pinch of Cajun
20g of frozen veg
20g of honey sriracha sauce
1 medium egg
140g of raw chicken
150g of cooked rice
Pinch of sesame seeds
1/2 chilli
1/2 a chicken stock pot melted in 1/4 of a cup of boiling eater
Directions
1)Slice the chicken into chunks, season with Cajun and then fry for 8-10 minutes until brown
2)Add the rice, frozen veg and 1 tbsp of soy to a pan.
3)Crack an egg in it and mix it on a low heat in the pan. Make sure to keep mixing until the egg isnβt a liquid anymore
4)Add the honey sriracha to the stock water and put it on the chicken. Mix on the hob until it condenses
Add the chicken ontop of the rice. Top with sesame, a dash of light soy and chilli
