No Bake Oat Balls (Lactation Bites)

Ingredients

2 cups old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup nut butter

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. mixed ingredients together

2. refrigerate for 1 hour

3. remove from refrigerator and roll into desired size balls

4. refrigerate for one more hour to help set

Notes

If you want to increase lactation, consider adding 1/2 tbsp brewer's yeast and 1/2 cup of ground flaxseed. But beware they will make you poop
