3 Ingredients Apple Fritters

1 apple, peeled and grated
1 small egg
3 tablespoons porridge oat
Directions
In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
On a non sticky pan, heat a good quantity of coconut oil on low-medium heat.
Once warm, spoon in one tablespoon of the batter into the pan and using a spoon to spread out the mixture.
Fry fritter for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Let them cool a little before serving.
