3 cloves of Garlic
5 leaves of Basil
1/2 cup White Wine
1 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
Parmasean to taste
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and crush the cloves of garlic, keep the skin on. Cut the stems off the basil leaves
Pour olive oil into a pan on medium-high heat, add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and basil stems. Put a pot of water on to boil. Stir the tomato mix occasionally.
Add the white wine when the tomatoes are roasted. Then add the pasta to the water and boil for 4 minutes
Add the pasta to the tomato mix with a bit of pasta water.
Cook until al dente, add grated part and basil.
