Ground Beef Ramen Skillet

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

2 packs instant ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)

1 cup frozen peas and carrots

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and peas and carrots. Cook for 3 minutes.

Break ramen noodles into the skillet and stir in 2 cups of water. Cook until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with green onions and red pepper flakes, if using. Serve warm
