1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion

1 teaspoon mustard

1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot sauce,, I use Tabasco Sauce

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups diced ham

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,optional
