Smothered Chicken with Gravy

Smothered chicken is so underrated it’s super easy to make and also very delicious!!!
3-4 thinly sliced chicken breast
Diced bell pepper
Diced onion
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup flour
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cajun seasoning
Salt
Pepper
1 carton chicken stock
Brown your chicken in olive oil then remove the meat and add your butter and veggies once they’re cooked down add your flour and cook until the flour is brown then add about 1/2 cup of chicken stock then add your chicken back to the pan let it cook for about 3/5 minutes and then pour the rest of the stock in the pan if it’s still a bit watery add a flour slurry 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp water or chicken stock shred your chicken and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes 😮💨
