Hash Brown Casserole

1 lb simply potato - Southwest Style Hash Browns
16 oz sour cream
4 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery
1 lb pork sausage (cooked and drained)
1 tsp of salt
Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine hash browns, sour cream, 2 c of cheese, soup, cream cheese, cooked sausage, salt and pepper.
Spread in a 9x13 dish
Sprinkle remaining 2 cups of cheese on the top and bake at 375° for 35 - 45 minutes.
