Crispy Brussels

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts

  • Neutral oils / fats (I use grapeseed and bacon fat)

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

  • Optional: Calabrian Chilis + calabrian chili oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Add pan to oven while it preheats with 2 table spoons of grapeseed oil and one tablespoon of bacon grease (Optional: add calabrian chili oil for spice)

  3. Cut stems off of brussels and halve them (Optional: slice 1-2 calabrian chilis for spice)

  4. When oven is preheated, mix brussels in the hot oil on the pan. Add in salt, pepper, red pepper, and 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar (Add optional chilis at this step as well)

  5. Place all brussels flat side down. I add all of the loose leaves as well bc they get super crispy

  6. Optional: add a spray of grapeseed or avocado oil if they look dry at all

  7. Bake for 20 mins

  8. EAT EM UP
