Garlic Parm Chicken Bites

5 chicken breast
1 bag cauliflower rice
2 bags broccoli
Seasoning Per 2 chicken breast:
1/2 tsp 21 seasoning salute
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
Sauce:
1 bunch fresh parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup ghee
Directions
1.Pat your chicken dry and cut chicken into 1” pieces. Season generously and toss to coat each piece.
2.Spray non-stick cooking spray in your air fryer and later chicken in a single layer.
3.Cook for 6 mins on 380˚F, then flip and cook for another 6 minutes (to until chicken is cooked through).
4.You may need to cook the chicken in batches depending on how much you have. You can keep warm in the oven if needed.
5.Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, pour on warm chicken and toss to coat.
6.Serve with sides of your choice.
