Dark Chocolate Toffee Cookies
38 2 ounce cookies

1 pound butter
1 quart all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 cups brown sugar
One cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
160 g toffee chopped small pieces
3 cups dark chocolate chips
Sea salt, large crystal
Directions
Cook butter in a pot overheat until milk solids brown
Cool butter to room temp cream with brown sugar and sugar add vanilla. Then slowly add eggs one at a time to incorporate.
Seth flower baking soda and slowly add while butter mixture is mixing. Mix until it just comes together do not over mix hand fold in toffee pieces and chocolate chips. Scoop in one to 2 ounce portions cool and bake at 350° until finish.
