Ingredients

1 or 2 shiso leaf

2 parts Haku Japanese Vodka

1 part yuzu juice

½ part rice syrup

Tear up shiso into pieces and add in a shaker with the rest of the ingredients. Add ice and shake rigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass dusted with crushed shiso leaf powder. Garnish with a shiso leaf and serve.
