Ingredients

1–2 slices high-protein or whole-grain bread

½ ripe avocado

1 tbsp cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt (adds protein + creaminess)

Squeeze of lemon juice

Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste

Optional: sprinkle hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds on top for extra protein

Directions

Toast bread until crisp.

Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Spread cottage cheese or yoghurt on toast, then top with avocado mixture.

Sprinkle with chili flakes or seeds if desired.
