Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g
Corn starch- 10g
Sugar- 30g
Milk- 90g
Butter- 10g
Directions
In a bowl, Add Glutinous Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar and Milk.
Mix until combined. Filter and Transfer into a pan.
Add Butter. Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
(Use hand gloves to ease this step) Knead the mochi until stretchy.
Divide into bite size pieces and coat with corn starch to prevent sticking.
Pair with chocolate sauce
