Directions
Mix orange marmalade, Dave’s buffalo sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice to taste.
Put ribs in hot oiled skillet and sear (not long, just get the sear).
Add marinade to instant pot. Put spare pork ribs in instant pot. Pressure cook for 35 minutes.
