Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breasts

2 cups heavy whipping cream

4 tablespoons butter

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cups chicken broth

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 pound penne pasta

Directions

Gather all ingredients.

In a 6-quart Crock Pot, combine chicken breasts, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.

Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.

Stir in uncooked penne pasta and cover; cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes until pasta is tender.

Mix in grated Parmesan cheese; let sit covered for 5 minutes before serving.
