Ingredients

2 different kinds of either Salami, prosciutto or other.

Celery

Pepperonis

Green olives

Tomato

Fresh dill

Italian dressing

Chibata or other hard crust bread

Directions

Diced meat, olives, pepperonis, celery, tomatoes

Add a little pepperonis juice and an appropriate amount of italian dressing but not too much.

You can always add more on the sandwich.

Toast the chibata and hollow out the bread in the middle.

Spoon on the good stuff. Let the juices soak into the bread a little bit.
