Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice (cooked)

  • 1 lb shredded imitation crab meat

  • 1 lb salmon

  • Mayo (Kewpie)

  • Sriracha

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Furikake

  • Seaweed sheets

  • Avocado

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Season salmon with spray of oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and furikake

  3. Bake salmon for 20min until cooked

  4. Shred imitation crab

  5. Combine salmon, imitation crab, mayo, soy sauce, Sriracha, furikake in a large bowi

  6. Lay down a layer of rice in a 9x13 glass dish

  7. Add the sushi mixture on top

  8. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes

  9. Top with layer of mayo and Sriracha

  10. Serve with seaweed sheets and sliced avocados
