Sticky Spicy Peanut Tofu

Ingredients

Extra Firm Tofu*

Olive Oil (2 tbsp)

Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)

Garlic Powder (1 tsp)

Pepper (as desired)

Corn Starch (1 tbsp)

Sauce**:

Peanut Butter (1/3 cup)

Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)

Gochujang (1 tbsp) or any hot sauce

Honey (2 tbsp)

Rice Vinegar (1 tbsp)

Garlic (1 tbsp)

Water (2 tbsp or more for desired consistency)

Sesame Oil (1 tbsp)

Optional: Jalapenos, Sesame Seeds

Airfry tofu for 12 minutes at 350F

Do not cook your sauce or it will thicken up really quickly. Add more water if so!
