6 slices of bacon, fried crisp
1 medium onion, sautéed
8 ounce Swiss cheese grated
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon flour
Dash of hot pepper
Directions
Mixed flour with cheese. Sprinkle cheese on pie crust and add a little bacon to each.
Beat eggs slightly. Slowly beat in milk, salt, pepper, and onion. Pour into shell.
Bake in, hot oven 450°F for 15 minutes. Lower oven to 350°F for 15 minutes or until the center is set but not stiff. Let’s stand for 15 minutes before serving.
