Ingredients

1/2 solid head of lettuce, chopped

4 green onions and tops chopped

4 stalks of celery, chopped

1/2 green pepper, chopped

1 cup, sliced water, chestnuts

1/2 broken cauliflower

1 package of frozen peas, uncooked

2 cups mayo

3/4 teaspoon sugar

1/2 pound bacon crisply fried and broken

Parmesan cheese

Directions

Layer all of the vegetables. Mixed together, the mayo and sugar and spread on top. Sprinkle bacon and Parmesan cheese over top. Sealed tightly with saran wrap and refrigerate for a day or two.
