Mexican Wedding Cookies

2 packs or 200 grams butter
4 tbsp powdered sugar plus more to top
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix altogether and knead
Cool in the fridge so dough hardens
Make little balls and bake at 325-350 F for 30 minutes
Top with powdered sugar
Notes
Used 1.5 sticks of butter for gf version. Dough took a while to come together. End result was dry at first but p good out of the freezer.
