Ingredients

1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 Tbsp all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 cup (2.5 oz) panko bread crumbs

1/4cup (1.5 oz) finely shredded parmesan cheese

4 Tablespoons oil

Salt

Directions

Marinate chicken in salt for 30 min.

Then, add 1 TBSP of flour to the chicken and coat.

Next, dredge the chicken in the egg followed by the panko crumbs.

Add 2 TBSP oil to hot cast iron skillet. Fry on one side for 6 min. Add the last 2 TBSP of oil to pan and fry on other side for 6 min.
