½ cup cottage cheese (good culture 2%)

2 whole eggs

¼ cup oat flour

½ tsp baking powder

dash vanilla + cinnamon

pinch of salt

Optional: but I also added 1 scoop of @promix vanilla protein)

Blend until smooth. Cook on medium-low heat!
