β’ Milk β Β½ cup (125 ml)
β’ Whipping cream β β cup (60 g)
β’ Egg β 1
β’ Sugar β β cup (25 g)
β’ Instant yeast β Β½ tbsp
β’ Bread flour β 2Β½ cups (315 g) (or all-purpose flour)
β’ Salt β ΒΌ tsp
β’ Butter β 30 g (2Β½ )
Directions
Mix, dough hook, add butter once dough balls. Rise. Knock back. Divide and roll out flat. Roll into logs and put in a bread pan together to prove double. Egg Wash. Bake
