2 heaped tbsps crunchy peanut butter
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
3 tbsps light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp honey
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp chilli flakes
Directions
1. Mix together all the ingredients until combined. The lime might curdle the peanut butter; if that happens, just add a drop more sesame oil and mix until smooth. The dip will keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.
