Love at First Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients

3 cans of canned peaches (typically 15 oz each)

1 can of condensed milk (14 oz)

2 ⅓ cups (18.5 fl oz) heavy cream

2 tsp vanilla paste

Directions

Cut 2 cans of peaches into bitesize pieces. Purée 1 can of peaches, keep separate.

Mix condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract together. Whip at medium speed until soft peaks form.

Fold peach pieces into the cream mixture.

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap (or use a plastic container), then alternate layers of peach-cream mixture with drizzles of purée.

Freeze at least 4-8 hours. Scoop and enjoy!
