Ingredients

Recipe:

25–30 oz bag shredded hash browns

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

¼ cup chopped chives

Optional: diced jalapeños

Directions

Mix everything together in a large bowl.

Spray regular muffin tin and scoop mixture evenly into each cup.

Bake at 375°F for 35–45 minutes or until golden brown on top and crisp around the edges.

Let cool slightly and remove from pan.
