The Crispiest Air Fryer Potatoes

Ingredients

2½ lbs gold potatoes

2 tsp salt

1/4 heaping cup parmesan cheese, (grated)

2-3 tbs olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

salt and pepper (to taste)

fresh parsley (to garnish)

1/2 cup mayo

3 tbs yellow mustard

1-2 tbs honey

1 tbs white wine vinegar

1/4 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

salt (to taste)

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. While thats happening, clean your potatoes and slice them into medium sized chunks. Once the water is boiling, add 2 tsp salt and your potatoes to the pot. When the water comes back to boiling, set your timer for 10 minutes. When the time is up, drain your potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Preheat your air fryer to 400° (or oven to 425°). Transfer your potatoes to a bowl and toss them with the cheese, oil and seasonings to coat. Spray your basket with olive oil and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip them over and air fry again for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
