High Protein Chicken Bites Gas ⛽️ or Trash

3 Cooked Chicken Thighs(~8oz), chopped
4 eggs
1 cup or 226g 2% Cottage Cheese
3/4 cup or 80g Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup or 80g low fat Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Cook the chicken using your preferred method (I air fried mine) and chop into small pieces.
Add the chicken and remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix until fully combined. If the mixture is too thin, add an extra 1 to 2 tablespoons of flour.
Form into roughly 4-inch patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Verdict: Certified Gas ⛽️
Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and packed with protein. These honestly tasted like something you’d pay way too much for at a meal prep company.
