Ingredients

• ½ cup rolled oats

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

• ½ cup almond milk

• ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix oats, protein powder, milk, applesauce, and cinnamon in a jar until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir and sprinkle with walnuts for crunch.
