Ingredients

Super simple high protein chicken Thai rice bake.

200g Rice (washed)

550g Chicken Breast

200g Broccoli

2 Medium Peppers

100g Green Beans

400ml Light Coconut Milk

170 (1 Jar) Thai Red Paste

150ml water

Salt, pepper

Directions

Wash rice (optional). Combine everything in a dish and mix.

Cover. Into a preheated oven 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit) for 40 mins.

Remove the foil, bake for another 10/15 mins.

Leave 5-10 mins to cool
