Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup pecans

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup cool whip

2 small packages coconut cream pudding

2 1/2 c milk

Remaining Cool Whip

Directions

Make a crust with the flour, margarine, and pecans. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, powdered, sugar, and 1 cup of Cool Whip together. Spread on cooled crust.

Cook pudding in milk. Cool and spread on cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.

Notes

This is not one of my ancient recipes, but thought you'd like it as I got it from Von. She made it quite often. You can use other pudding if you like, like chocolate, vanilla, or pistachio.
