Heirloom Tomato Salad (Jose Andres)

Ingredients

2-3 ripe heirloom tomatoes

2 tsp maldon salt

3 tbsp good olive oil

1 clove raw garlic minced

2 sprigs fresh oregano, stripped, chopped

Directions

Set tomatoes on side and slice in extremely thin rounds. Lay on platter slightly overlapping. Top with salt, oil, raw garlic, and oregano. Let meld 5 mins and serve.
