Ingredients

2 cups of flour

1 egg

1/2 tbsp of salt

1/2 tbsp of sugar

2 tbsp of butter

1/4 cup of milk - 1/4 cup of piloncito water

1/2 tbsp of baking powder

Directions

- Mix everything together and let the mix rest for 10 minutes.

- Using flour lay the mix and and use the roller to roll the dough flat in the surface.

- Preheat the oil at 350F.

- Fry the hojuelas for 1 or 2 mins in each side
