1/3 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (it’s coming)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Cinnamon to preference
1/2 can Aonic Fuel (around 1 cup) @aoniclife in Smooth Vanilla (or 1 cup of milk of choice, but this version will have less protein)
Directions
mix and let sit overnight
add chopped walnuts and bananas to the mix
top off with bananas, walnuts and dash or cinnamon
