20g Protein powder (i used vanilla) / or flour
1tsp backing powder
95ml milk
mix well
1egg
mix again !
then you can add fruits/chocolate/nuts.. any toppings you want if you like
in the oven at 180degrees for about 30mins/till its done
let it cool down/put in the fridge overnight
top with yoghurt/other
