salt 10g
sugar 5g
instant dry yeast 7g
chia seeds 50g
water 300ml
knead the dough for 15min
separate the dough
into 10 equal parts
make balls
cover the dough
rest the dough for 30min
make the bagel
roll the dough and shape
baking paper
cover the dough
rest the dough for 45min
until double in size
put the bagel
in 80C hot water
and blanch both sides
for about 20 seconds
Bake in a preheated oven
180C 20 to 23min
depends on the oven
brush with milk
