1 SCOOP VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER
2 TSP MAPLE SYRUP
1 TSP COCONUT OIL
1 EGG
½ CUP BERRIES
1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS
1 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
Directions
1. BLEND COTTAGE CHEESE, PROTIEN POWDER, MAPLE SYRUP, COCONUT OIL AND EGG TOGETHER IN A BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH.
2. PLACE IN 2 RAMEKINS AND BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES THEN BROIL FOR 1 MINUTE.
3. PLACE MASHED UP BERRIES, CHIA SEEDS AND SYRUP IN A SKILLET.
4. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL REDUCES INTO A JAM.
5. PLACE JAM ON TOP OF COOKED CHEESECAKE.
6. REFRIGERATE
