Ingredients

Chicken:

Skinless, boneless Chicken Thighs

Dark & light soy sauce

Sesame oil

Ground Turmeric

Ground Coriander

Minced Garlic & Ginger

Salt to taste

Rice:

Sella Golden basmati rice

Light soy sauce

Sesame oil

Minced ginger/garlic

Diced onion

Salt

Vegetable/chicken stock

Directions

Add all the ingredients to the chicken and leave to a side to gently marinate.

Wash the rice, add water and your rice ingredients and mix well.

Place the chicken on top of the rice, cover and leave to cook!

Garnish and enjoy x
