Ingredients

2 cups of oats, GF if necessary

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup/agave/honey

Optional: chocolate topping. You could also add in anything you fancy - seeds/nuts/chocolate chips

Directions

In a bowl, add the peanut butter and maple syrup, warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds or until they are softened

In a large bowl, add the oats and then add the peanut butter/maple syrup mixture. Mix well

Press this mixture into a loaf tin. Press REALLY firmly so it’s packed together.

Freeze for 30 minutes and then top with melted chocolate and chopped nuts (optional)
