Measurements are for each serving (1 container). Multiply by the number of servings you wish to make!
35g oats (~1/3 cup)
3g baking powder
Half a mashed banana
130ml unsweetened or sweetened almond milk (~1/2 cup)
25g vanilla whey protein powder
25g frozen raspberries, warmed in the microwave
18g yogurt mixed with a bit of maple syrup or honey if you want
If you like things sweet, feel free to add more sweetener
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F
���Grease your container. I’m using 370ml containers
Mash the banana, then add in the oats, protein powder, baking powder and milk. Stir until completely combined and clean down the sides. Alternate dollops of the warmed raspberries and yoghurt. Then, using a chopstick or the stem of some cutlery, swirl them together to create a marble effect.
���Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the oats are set in the centre.
���Either microwave your portion when you want it or have it cold
