Beef Stroganoff

1g Olive Oil Spray
1/2 Medium Onion
400g Mushrooms
200g Green Beans
500g Beef, Stir Fry Strips
2 tbsp Plain Flour
Penne Pasta
1 Cup Beef Stock Liquid
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Extra Light Sour Cream
Directions
Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the onion and mushroom. Cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes or until soft and slightly golden. Transfer to a plate.
Spray the pan again and heat over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until browned. Add the mushroom mixture and flour. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add the stock, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Mix until well combined. Stir in the light cream. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 4-5 minutes or until thickens slightly. Season with pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions. Cook the beans in a steamer set over a saucepan of boiling water until tender.
Divide the pasta, beans and stroganoff between serving plates.
