Ingredients

1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (I used Fage)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Add more if you want to boost the protein)

1 cup berries (You can add more than one cup if extra volume)

Chocolate Shell:

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup coconut oil

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and berries.

Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray in small clusters.

Freeze for 30 minutes until they’ve hardened just enough to pick up in one piece but not completely frozen.

While they’re in the freezer, melt the coconut oil and stir in the cocoa powder to create the chocolate shell. Make sure this gets cooked to room temp before you dip the yogurt clusters in.

Once the clusters are firm, dip them in the chocolate shell and place them in the fridge. The shell will harden quickly.

Enjoy right away for the best texture.

If storing in the freezer, keep in mind they’ll get firm. Let them sit out a few minutes before eating.
